After we have reviewed this info we will provide a pre-qualification letter. With this letter, your real estate agent will negotiate the best deal for your new home. The pre-qual letter gives you buying clout! While you're deciding on the home that's right for you, we're busy researching the loan program that's just right for your situation.
Step three: apply now! We make it easy
Once you have made an offer and the sellers have accepted, you should apply for the loan. Applying for your loan couldn't be much easier; you can apply right here on our site. After the seller has accepted your offer and you have applied for your loan, we will order the professional appraisal on the home.
Step four: funding
The agents will find an escrow/title company to handle the "funding" and closing. We'll coordinate with this company to make sure all the papers your lender needs are in order, and you will probably}likely sign everything at this company's officeWe do all the work to work with with this company on your closing date. Because you don't have to coordinate this process, you can think about moving, if you're going to repaint, carpet, and the fun parts of getting a new home.
